A 30-45 minute session all about music, movement, and joyful energy. Children are invited to sing, dance, jump, wiggle, and move in fun, guided activities that build coordination, confidence, and body awareness. This session encourages self-expression, social connection, and lots of giggles, while letting kids burn energy in a safe and playful space. Perfect for children who love to move, dance, and make music with their bodies.

Children are then welcome to Free Play for the remaining of the session.

An open-ended session where children can explore The Messy Place at their own pace. Kids can move between creative zones, role play areas, and sensory spaces, choosing what excites them most. Free Play supports independence, social skills, imaginative thinking, and social connection, allowing children to follow their natural curiosity in a relaxed environment. Perfect for children who love to explore freely, meet friends, and create their own adventures.
