Where are you located and is there parking?
We are located in the Ashmore City Shopping Centre Complex but on the outside of the building next to FightClub Ashmore. 

There is ample parking right next to our centre and extra undercover parking in the centre. Entry via Currumburra Road and we are right there in front!

What does the booking price include?
Each booked ticket includes 90 minutes of creative and messy fun at our new playcentre in Ashmore. Two adults can attend with each child ticket to help their littles ones explore and create memories. 

Activities are changed weekly!

What about siblings, do you do packages and giftcards?
Siblings tickets can be purchased for a discounted price - please add to cart. This can only be used when purchased with a full priced ticket.

We do multi pack packages and gift cards! Please talk to us in the centre or email us at info@themessyplace.com.au

Do I need to book online?
Yes, bookings can be made via our booking link. If there is no session showing for a specific day it is either booked out or we are closed for a private event. Bookings can be made up to 5 minutes before a session starts if there is spaces available.

What do I need to bring?
Nothing! We do however recommend clothes that can get messy or a spare change of clothes. All our materials are washable but your little ones might get wet or dirty depending on that days activities. 

I have safety concerns?
Understandable they are our precious babies we are talking about! All our staff hold a current blue card, have up to date first aid training. There is however the risk with small parts, please ensure to supervise this appropriately. 

Is there food and drinks?
We allow outside food in the centre however please be mindful of children with allergies.

Do you have any facilities?
We have a bathroom with one toilet, a child friendly size sink for cleaning up after play and a change table available within The Messy Place for your convenience. 

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to business costs we do not offer refunds. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before a booked session through your confirmation email after this the session can be transferred to a friend only. Thank you for your understanding.
